Utilisateur des services de QUESTEL depuis plus d'un an, je dois dire que je suis agréablement surpris par toutes les possibilités offertes et notamment par le service clients très à l'écoute des suggestions, ce que je considère comme très important. Outre la grande couverture de la base orbit.com (Qpat) en texte intégral, il faut souligner l' intérêt majeur de la base de données FAMPAT avec, entre autres, ses résumés enrichis. Le grand mérite de QUESTEL est de proposer un outil de gestion (standard) des familles de brevets très convivial le Portefeuille brevets - facile et rapide à configurer - qui travaille en workflow et qui intègre l'un des logiciels (Intellixir) les plus performants de traitement statistique des données. Tous mes lecteurs ou veilleurs sont actuellement très satisfaits et en tant qu'administrateur j'avoue éprouver beaucoup de plaisir à travailler avec tous ces outils.
